Soliant Health is currently arranging interviews for a Norfolk, Virginia school district who is seeking full time Physical Therapist (PT) direct hire candidates.
All candidates must meet the following criteria:
Clear criminal background
State Physical Therapy licensure or eligible
Previous 504 and IEP experience
Physical Therapy (PT) Services will be provided primarily in the school setting to students age 2-22. In certain unique situations, services may need to be provided in the student’s home. The therapist will be responsible for implementation of services according to the Individual Education Plan (IEP) or 504 Plan and attend meetings concerning the student. The therapist may work in several different schools or home settings for up to a 7.5-hour work day.
