ASAP START Physical Therapist - Baltimore, MD

ProCare Therapy is working with a district in the Baltimore, Maryland area who is in need for a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team! In this role, you will assess students’ physical abilities, assist students in developing different motor skills necessary for success, and create individualized therapy plans depending on the severity of the challenges. Job Responsibilities:

Provide strategies for different classroom adaptations, positioning recommendations, and knowledge of assistive devices to students and staff

Evaluate students’ motor skills, physical development, and mobility to determine course of therapy

Collaborate with teachers, staff, and other school professionals to support student participation in educational activities

Adjust therapy plans as needed and monitor overall student progress Job Qualifications:

Master’s or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy

Current MD licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)

Experience working with children or in a school-based setting preferred

Strong understanding of pediatric physical therapy, mobility training, and adaptive equipment preferred

Must pass background checks and meet state/local certification requirements What We Offer (Full-Time 30+ hours):
