CA Licensed School Physical Therapist Job Opening | Richmond, CA | 2 Days/Week

Are you a talented Physical Therapist licensed in California living in the Richmond area? We are searching for skilled Physical Therapist to join the team at a school district in the area. This position is primarily virtual - we are seeking candidates with distance learning and assessment experience who is knowledgeable about latest student information systems (SEIS). 

Job Description: 

• Current School Year 
• 15 hours per week
• Student ages: Early childhood-12th grade
• Students are currently attending school at home so parents will work with the therapist with the student
• Physical Therapist will supervise and conduct evaluations
• Types of Disabilities: Variety of mild-moderate
• Ensure safe and accessible educational environments for staff and students
• Assist classroom teachers and other educational personnel in incorporating movement and activity into instruction

Requirements:

• CA Physical Therapist license 
• Teletherapy/virtual experience (including experience conducting assessments virtually)
• Knowledgeable about latest student information systems (SEIS)
• School-based or pediatric experience

Preferred Credentials: 

• Tech-savvy
• Excellent documentation skills
• Superb communication skills
