Position Overview
Job Type: Monday-Thursday, Part-Time

Caseload: Mild to Moderate
Environment: PK-10 School Setting
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct physical therapy services based on IEP goals
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and other service providers
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team planning
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state standards
Support staff with positioning, mobility strategies, and adaptive techniques
Requirements
Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Connecticut
School-based experience preferred, but not required
