Contract Physical Therapist Part-Time School Position

Are you a Physical Therapist looking to work part-time with a small, supportive student population? We’re hiring for a school-based PT to work with elementary-aged students across 3 school buildings.
Details:
Start: ASAP | End: End of May
Caseload: 8 students
Hours: Approximately 8 direct hours/week; additional indirect hours are available and negotiable
Documentation: SameGoal
No Medicaid billing
Responsibilities:
Perform assessments and design individualized PT goals
Deliver services in accordance with each student's IEP
Participate in team meetings
Collaborate with teachers and support personnel
Requirements:
Licensed Physical Therapist in Ohio
Familiar with IEP development and documentation
Passionate about working in school environments
