About the Position
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team, serving students from Pre-K through 12th grade. Our caseload includes students with diverse needs, and we are looking for candidates who thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy services to students to improve their mobility, strength, and overall physical function in the school environment.

Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).

Assist with both in-person and virtual therapy services to ensure comprehensive support for all students.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of student progress and treatment plans.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive and supportive working environment.

Qualifications

Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Current Minnesota state license in Physical Therapy.

Experience working in a school-based setting is preferred but not required.

Skills and Abilities

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team setting.

Experience with or willingness to learn about diverse student needs.

Flexibility to adapt to different service delivery models (onsite, hybrid, virtual).

Proficiency in technology for virtual service provision.
