Contract Details:

Company: Sunbelt Staffing, on behalf of a nationwide home health agency.

Position: Full-time Home Health Physical Therapist (PT)

Location: Harrisburg, PA covering Dauphin and Cumberland Counties

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, with one weekend per month on call

Compensation: Negotiable hourly rate based on territory budget and candidate experience, with mileage reimbursement. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401k after 90 days. Weekly pay.

Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k after 90 days of employment.

Mileage: .48c visit to visit

Job Requirements:

Active licensure as a Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania.

Active American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in home health physical therapy.

Proficiency with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) software, Oasis, and Outlook Point Care.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to maintain productivity standards of 30 units per week.
