Sunbelt Staffing, a leading healthcare staffing agency, is currently seeking a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time contract position in Palestine, TX. Our client, a reputable nationwide home health agency, is looking for a dedicated professional to join their team and provide high-quality patient care in the home health setting.

Job Details:

Company: Sunbelt Staffing

Client: Nationwide Home Health Agency

Location: Palestine, TX

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (with one weekend on-call)

Compensation: Negotiable pay based on territory budget and experience

Benefits: Mileage reimbursement (.48c visit to visit), medical, dental, vision, and 401k (after 90 days)

Requirements:

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Texas

Active American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

At least one year of home health experience

Proficiency in Oasis and Homecare Homebase (HCHB) software is required

Job Duties:

Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, and range of motion through therapeutic exercises and activities

Monitor and document patients' progress, making adjustments as necessary based on patient response to therapy

Collaborate with the home health team to ensure comprehensive patient care, including communication with physicians, nurses, and family members

Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and safe mobility techniques

Ensure compliance with all home health regulations and documentation standards

Please Note: Due to this being a contract opportunity with limited training, proficiency in Oasis and Homecare Homebase are required.
