Full-Time Middle School Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)

Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) | Full-Time | Belen, New Mexico | Middle School Students.

About the Role:

As a PTA, you will work collaboratively to support the physical development and functional independence of our middle school students. This full-time position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on young lives within an educational setting.

Responsibilities Include:

Implementing physical therapy treatment plans as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist.

Assisting students with exercises, mobility, and functional activities.

Documenting student progress and treatment sessions accurately.

Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student goals.

Adapting activities and environments to promote student participation and success.

Who We're Looking For:

A licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA).

Experience working with children or adolescents is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

A compassionate and patient approach to student care.
