Full-Time Physical Therapist Job Opening | Current School Year | Fountain, CO 

Are you a skilled Physical Therapist in the Fountain area? Do you have school-based experience or would like to obtain some? Are you looking for a full-time position for this school year? 

You may be our ideal candidate! We are searching for skilled Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant to join the team at a school district in the area.  

Job Description: 

  • Current School Year 
  • Full-Time 
  • PreK-8th grade students
  • Physical Therapist will supervise and conduct evaluations
  • Types of Disabilities: Variety of mild-moderate
  • Ensure safe and accessible educational environments for staff and students
  • Assist classroom teachers and other educational personnel in incorporating movement and activity into instruction

Requirements:

  • Colorado PT License 
  • Active CDE SSP Certification
  • Ability to be onsite

Preferred Credentials

  • School-based or pediatric experience is preferred
  • We will consider PTA's with prior school experience 
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Superb communication skills
