Full-Time School Physical Therapist (PT) - K-12 (2025-2026 School Year)

Are you a dedicated and dynamic Physical Therapist (PT) passionate about supporting students' physical development and participation in their educational journey? We are seeking a full-time PT to join our team for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year!

This exciting opportunity involves working with a diverse K-12th grade caseload, helping students maximize their mobility, accessibility, and functional independence within the school environment.

Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred to support our diverse student and family population.


Position Details:

  • Role: School Physical Therapist (PT)
  • Schedule: Full-Time (35 hours per week)
  • School Year: Full 2025-2026 Academic Year
  • Caseload: K-12th Grade Students

    What You'll Do:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' gross motor skills, mobility, and functional needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) with specific, measurable goals related to physical therapy.
  • Provide direct and indirect physical therapy services to students in various school settings.
  • Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, special education staff, and other related service providers to ensure integrated support.
  • Recommend and assist with adaptive equipment, modifications, and environmental accommodations to enhance student participation.
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed.

    What We're Looking For:

  • Required: Current and valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in Massachusetts.
  • Experience working with children and adolescents, preferably in a school-based setting.
  • Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred to support our diverse student and family population.
