We are actively hiring a Part-Time School-Based Physical Therapist (PT) for a position in Oakland, CA.
Position Overview:
Start Date/End Date: Summer
Hours per Week: 20 hours
School Site: 1 school
Caseload: Mixed disabilities, providing individualized and group therapy
Job Duties:
Assess and evaluate students' motor skills and functional abilities.
Develop and implement therapy programs to support students' mobility and participation in the school environment.
Work collaboratively with educators, parents, and school staff to create a supportive learning space.
Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
Qualifications:
Must hold a valid California Physical Therapy license.
Prior school-based PT experience preferred.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
