We’re hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time 12-week contract in Lehi, UT. This is a great opportunity for a PT with a passion for elderly care and experience in skilled nursing or post-acute rehab. Join a caring, collaborative team and help older adults regain strength and independence.
Job Details:
Start: Immediate / ASAP
Duration: 12 weeks
Hours: 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday
Facility: One main location with minimal travel to nearby outpatient settings
Population: Adults 60+, post-acute recovery
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct patient assessments and set functional goals
Implement individualized therapy plans to improve mobility and function
Monitor and document progress
Participate in care team meetings to ensure integrated rehab strategies
What You Need:
Valid Utah PT License
Experience in post-acute or SNF settings is highly valued
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced rehab environment
