Job Opportunity: Licensed Physical Therapist – Crestwood, IL

Requirements:

Master’s degree from an accredited physical therapy program (CAPTE-approved).

Valid Illinois Physical Therapy License (IDFPR).

Prior experience in a special education setting is preferred but not required.

Are you a dedicated Physical Therapist ready to make a positive impact in a school-based setting? Soliant is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our team in Crestwood, Illinois, for the remainder of the 2024-2025 school year. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to support students' growth and development by delivering evidence-based physical therapy services. Expect a pay range of $40-55 per hour based on experience.

Responsibilities:

Assess and evaluate students using appropriate school evaluations.

Interpret diagnostic test results and complete documentation for annual reviews and triennial re-evaluations.

Research and apply new gross motor evaluation techniques relevant to the student population.
