Job Description:

Positions Available: Part-Time and Full-Time

Caseload: PreK-12th grade students

Educational Requirement: Master’s degree in Physical Therapy

Licensure Requirement: Active Missouri Physical Therapist license

Qualifications:

Master's in Physical Therapy: Required from an accredited program

Missouri State Licensure: Active PT license required

School-Based Experience: Preferred but not required

IEP Knowledge: Familiarity with developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs

Communication Skills: Strong communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and school staff

Adaptability: Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse needs

Technology Proficiency: Proficient in using teletherapy platforms and digital tools

Professionalism and Organization: Proven professionalism and strong organizational skills

Pay & Benefits:

Compensation: Highly competitive rates

Classification: 1099 independent contractor with weekly pay

Interview Process:

Initial Screening: 10-15 minute call with a VocoVision Recruiter

Virtual Interview: 20-30 minute session with the School District

Decision Timeline: Offers typically made within 24-48 hours following the virtual interview

(Usually pays $40-60 hourly, depending on the school district and experience of the applicant)
