Required: Associate's degree or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) from an accredited program.

Licensing: Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of Massachusetts.

Experience: Previous experience working with children or in a school setting is preferred.

Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques, equipment, and safety procedures.

Assist the Physical Therapist in implementing individualized physical therapy programs for students.

Provide direct physical therapy interventions, including exercises, modalities, and equipment use as outlined in the therapy plan.

Monitor and document student progress, reporting any changes or concerns to the supervising Physical Therapist.

Compensation: $30-$40 hourly, depending on experience
