Primary Responsibilities:
Collaborate with school staff to enhance student outcomes and participate in multidisciplinary planning
Develop and implement individualized physical therapy programs aligned with IEP goals
Maintain thorough documentation of therapy services and student progress
Communicate effectively with teachers, special education professionals, school nurses, occupational therapists, and other support staff to promote student participation and accessibility
Stay updated on evidence-based practices, current research, and licensing requirements in pediatric and school-based physical therapy
