Location: Elgin, IL

Hours: 9-12 hours per week

Days: 1.5-2 days per week (Flexible days)

School Hours: 8:00 AM - 2:30 PM or 3:30 PM, depending on the day

Caseload: K-21

Overview:
We are seeking a flexible and dedicated Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Elgin, IL. This role involves working 9-12 hours per week, spread over 1.5 to 2 days, with school hours ranging from 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM or 3:30 PM, depending on the day. The SLP will provide services to a diverse caseload of students ranging from Kindergarten through age 21.

Responsibilities:
Provide speech-language therapy services to students with various communication needs, ranging from Kindergarten through age 21.
Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify students' speech and language needs.
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy plans.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress and educational goals.
Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, student progress, and treatment plans.
Participate in relevant meetings and contribute to team discussions about student development.

Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Valid Illinois state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
Experience working with a diverse age range and ability to manage a flexible schedule is desirable.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
