BlazerJobs is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a part-time position in Byron, CA. The selected candidate will provide physical therapy services to PreK and Elementary students with mild to moderate disabilities. Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized physical therapy services to PreK and Elementary students with mild to moderate disabilities.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff to implement appropriate therapy plans.
  • Conduct assessments to monitor and evaluate student progress.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans aimed at improving students’ motor skills, strength, coordination, and mobility.
  • Support students in achieving their physical therapy goals and maintaining progress.
  • Provide recommendations and training to staff and families to enhance student development.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress, and assessments.
  • Ensure that therapy services are provided in a positive, supportive, and inclusive manner.

    Details & Requirements:

  • Location: Byron, CA
  • Position Type: Part-Time (3 hours per week)
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Caseload: PreK and Elementary students with mild to moderate disabilities
  • Experience: Previous experience working with children in a school or clinical setting preferred.

    Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (or equivalent).
  • Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in California.
  • Experience working with students with disabilities, especially those with mild to moderate needs, is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to supporting student success.
