Part Time Physical Therapist Job - Cleveland, OH

Soliant is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide 80 minutes of PT per month to a 6th grade student near the Cleveland, OH area.  
 

Details:

• In-home services preferred
• Student struggles with knowing where his body is in space. Scored in the "Limited" range for Motor Skills, PE Behavior, and PE Cognitive scales. 
• Student delays in balance, coordination, locomotor skills, muscular strength/endurance, body/spatial awareness. 
• Current IEP goal states: during a structured gross motor skill activity, student will be able to participate for 8 minutes with adult prompt in 4/6 sessions, measured by observation".
• 80 minutes of PT per month

Requirements:

• Must have Masters degree in Physical Therapy
• Ohio Licensed Physical Therapist
