Part-Time Physical Therapist (PT) Job Opening - New School Year

Active Texas Physical Therapist license

Must meet all local and state requirements for practicing in a school setting

Prior school-based experience is highly preferred

Strongly encouraged: background working with special education students and families

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to determine students' physical therapy needs

Create and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals

Deliver direct therapy services focused on mobility, strength, coordination, and function

Collaborate with educators, families, and other support staff to integrate therapy into daily classroom activities

Maintain thorough documentation of services, student progress, and outcomes

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning and support
