Part-Time Physical Therapist (PT) Needed | School-Based Contract | Aurora, IL
ProCare Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist to provide on-site services to students in Aurora, Illinois for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a part-time W2 contract role that focuses on delivering individualized support for elementary-aged students, with some services potentially extending across K–12 as needed.
We’re looking for a PT who is passionate about helping students develop critical motor skills to succeed both in and out of the classroom.

Position Duties:
Conduct physical therapy assessments and analyze mobility needs
Design and implement therapy plans in alignment with IEP goals
Collaborate with teachers, aides, and support staff for inclusive planning
Document therapy sessions and track measurable progress
Provide input in IEP team meetings and educational planning discussions
What You'll Need:
Illinois Physical Therapist license (active and in good standing)
Prior experience in school settings or pediatrics preferred
Comfort working with assistive devices and adaptive physical strategies
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Commitment to student-centered care
