ProCare Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist to provide on-site services to students in Aurora, Illinois for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a part-time W2 contract role that focuses on delivering individualized support for elementary-aged students, with some services potentially extending across K–12 as needed.

We’re looking for a PT who is passionate about helping students develop critical motor skills to succeed both in and out of the classroom.

    Position Duties:

  • Conduct physical therapy assessments and analyze mobility needs

  • Collaborate with teachers, aides, and support staff for inclusive planning

  • Document therapy sessions and track measurable progress

  • Provide input in IEP team meetings and educational planning discussions

    What You'll Need:

  • Illinois Physical Therapist license (active and in good standing)

  • Prior experience in school settings or pediatrics preferred

  • Comfort working with assistive devices and adaptive physical strategies

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Commitment to student-centered care
