Job Title: School Physical Therapist

Pay: $40 - $60 an hour
Position Overview:
Soliant is looking for a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join us on a contract basis to provide individualized therapy services to students. In this role, you will assess, plan, and deliver therapy to children with a wide range of physical needs, enabling them to participate fully in school activities. You will collaborate closely with educators, parents, and other specialists to support students’ physical development and academic success.

Key Responsibilities:Conduct thorough physical assessments to evaluate students' motor skills, physical needs, and functional abilities.
Develop, implement, and modify individualized therapy plans based on student needs, IEP goals, and progress.
Provide one-on-one and group physical therapy sessions to students in various school settings (classrooms, gyms, playgrounds).
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to ensure seamless integration of therapy goals into students’ daily routines.
Qualifications:
Master’s or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
Previous experience working with children, preferably in a school or pediatric setting.
Familiarity with physical therapy techniques for children with disabilities, motor impairments, or developmental delays.
