Physical Therapist – Extended School Year (ESY) Program
Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time position during the Extended School Year (ESY) program. This opportunity involves working with students across various grade levels to support their physical development and functional independence.
Position Details:
Location: Buffalo, NY
Program Dates: July 7, 2025 – August 15, 2025
Schedule: Full-time
Caseload: Students in grades K–12
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments to identify students' physical and motor development needs.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
Provide direct physical therapy services to students, including therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and adaptive equipment recommendations.
Monitor and document student progress, adjusting intervention plans as needed.
Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student development.Soliant Health
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Physical Therapy
Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist
Previous experience in a school setting is preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
