Description:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist for a part-time position in Davis, CA for the 2024-2025 school year. This role involves working with 25 students.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to students with various needs across multiple school sites.

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address students’ physical development goals.

Assess and monitor student progress, making necessary adjustments to therapy strategies.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' functional abilities and educational success.

Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports.

Offer recommendations for classroom adaptations and support to enhance student participation and mobility.

Qualifications:

Master’s or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.

Valid Physical Therapy license in California.

Experience working with school-aged children, particularly PreK-12, is preferred.

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to adapt and provide services across multiple school locations.
