Job Description:
Soliant is currently seeking a dedicated and licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join a school district in Crestwood, IL. As a school-based PT, you will work with students who have physical disabilities, helping them improve their mobility, strength, and coordination to fully participate in educational and social activities. Your role will involve collaborating with teachers, special education staff, and parents to ensure that students receive the necessary therapy and accommodations to succeed in their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to identify students' physical therapy needs.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Provide direct physical therapy services to students.

Monitor and document students' progress towards therapy goals.

Collaborate with educational staff, parents, and other therapists to support student development.

Educate staff and caregivers on proper techniques to assist students.

Requirements:

Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy.

Valid Illinois state licensure as a Physical Therapist.

Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting is preferred.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
