**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team for a part-time position specializing in writing Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals for students with severe to profound disabilities. This role is crucial in ensuring that each student receives the tailored physical therapy interventions they need to thrive.

**Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to assess students' physical therapy needs.
- Develop and write measurable and achievable IEP goals based on assessment findings.
- Provide guidance and support to educational teams in implementing physical therapy interventions.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress towards IEP goals and adjust interventions as needed.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.

**Qualifications:**
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Licensed Physical Therapist in IL.
- Experience working with students with severe to profound disabilities.
- Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
