ProCare Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join a welcoming school district in Greenfield, Indiana for the 2025–2026 academic year. This part-time role (2 days per week) offers the opportunity to support students from Pre-K through 12th grade, helping them achieve functional goals in a school-based environment.
Position Overview
Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT)
Location: Greenfield, IN
Schedule: Part-Time (2 days per week)
Contract Dates: August 4, 2025 – May 22, 2026
Caseload: PreK–12 (specific assignments will be discussed during the interview)
Responsibilities
Perform physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver direct services in accordance with students’ IEPs and educational goals
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Monitor and adjust therapy approaches as needed
Requirements
Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
Valid Indiana Physical Therapist license
School-based experience is preferred, but not required
