ProCare Therapy is seeking a licensed and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join a supportive school district in Phoenix, AZ for the 2025–2026 school year. In this part-time position, you'll work four days per week providing physical therapy services to students in grades K–8, helping them reach key developmental milestones and access their education more independently.
Position Overview
Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT)
Location: Phoenix, Arizona
Schedule: 4 Days/Week
Contract Dates: August 4, 2025 – May 22, 2026
Caseload: K–8 (specific details will be discussed during the interview)
Key Responsibilities
Conduct physical therapy evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
Provide direct therapy services aligned with IEP goals and student needs
Collaborate with educators, school staff, and families to support student progress
Monitor and document student outcomes and adjust interventions as needed
Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student goals
Qualifications
Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
Active Arizona PT license (or eligibility to obtain before the start date)
Experience in a school or pediatric setting is preferred, but not required
