Soliant is excited to offer a rewarding opportunity for a skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join a school-based team in Antioch, IL. If you are passionate about helping students achieve their physical therapy goals and improve their quality of life, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to evaluate students’ physical needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

Provide direct therapy services to students, both one-on-one and in groups.

Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure students are receiving the best possible care.

Track and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.

Attend and contribute to IEP meetings to provide insights on students' progress and therapeutic goals.

Qualifications:

Doctoral or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Valid Illinois Physical Therapy license.

Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting is preferred but not required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
