Requirements:

Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Wisconsin.

Master’s degree or higher in Physical Therapy.

Experience working in a school setting is preferred but not required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Details:

On site preferred.

PT state licensure required

Caseload: K-5 ages

Part time hours available

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and evaluations of students' physical needs.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with physical disabilities.

Provide direct physical therapy services to students in accordance with their IEPs (Individualized Education Plans).

Maintain accurate documentation of services, progress, and outcomes.

Educate students, parents, and staff on techniques to improve mobility and prevent injury.

Attend meetings and contribute to student evaluations, IEP meetings, and other school functions.

Work with students with a variety of physical and developmental disabilities.
