Blazer Jobs is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join a school-based team in Santa Clarita, CA. We are committed to helping students reach their fullest potential and succeed in school environments. As a Physical Therapist, you will be working with children to help them develop gross motor skills and improve their physical mobility.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide therapy services to students with physical disabilities and other motor impairments.

Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs for students.

Assess students' physical capabilities and create tailored therapy plans.

Collaborate with teachers and parents to track student progress and adjust therapy as needed.

Provide recommendations for adaptive equipment and physical accommodations.

Document therapy progress and communicate with staff and families.

Education, License, and Certification Requirements:

Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy.

Valid California State Physical Therapist License.

Must have a current CPR and First Aid Certification.

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist in a school-based setting.

Benefits:

Competitive pay ranging from $50-$55 per hour.
