Soliant Health is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist (PT) for a school-based position in Baltimore, MD. This is a wonderful opportunity to support students in developing physical skills to aid in their academic performance and overall well-being.

Job Details:

Position Type: Full-time or Part-time (based on candidate preference)

Location: Baltimore, MD

Caseload: PreK-12th grade students (specific details to be discussed during the interview)

Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations to assess students' physical needs and abilities in the educational environment.

Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) to meet students' physical therapy goals.

Provide direct therapy for students to address mobility, coordination, strength, and endurance.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to create a supportive and effective therapy plan.

Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and documentation in compliance with school and state regulations.

Requirements:

Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Active Maryland PT license (or eligibility to obtain before the start date).

Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings is preferred.

Strong communication and organizational skills.
