Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in Baring, WA. In this school-based role, you will work with students to address and manage physical impairments, helping them to enhance their functional abilities and achieve their educational goals.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate students’ physical abilities and develop individualized therapy plans.

Provide direct physical therapy services to students, focusing on improving mobility, strength, and coordination.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate therapy goals into the classroom and daily activities.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of therapy sessions, progress, and student outcomes.

Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide input on students’ physical therapy needs and progress.

Stay updated on the latest practices and advancements in physical therapy.

Qualifications:

Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.

Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Washington.

Certification or experience in pediatrics is preferred.

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and educational staff.

Experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
