Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our school-based team in Biscoe, NC. In this role, you will work with students to evaluate, develop, and implement therapeutic interventions aimed at improving their physical abilities and supporting their academic and functional success.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students' physical abilities, mobility, and motor skills.

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's needs.

Provide direct therapy services to students, including both individual and group sessions.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate therapy strategies into the classroom and home environments.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of therapy sessions, progress reports, and student outcomes.

Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, providing valuable insights and recommendations for students’ physical therapy goals.

Stay updated with the latest practices and advancements in physical therapy.

Qualifications:

Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy.

Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in North Carolina.

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and educational staff.

Experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
