To qualify, you must have at least:

• A Master's/Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy

• An active/pending license approved by the State Board of Physical Therapy in Indiana

Specifications about the position:

• Physical Therapist

• Caseload: K-12th grade

• Part Time: 4 Hours a Week

• Full School Year
