Physical Therapy Job Opening Anaheim, CA

Sunbelt is now hiring for a Physical Therapist position open for the school year. This role will entail working with a local school district, providing services to students ranging from grades one through twelfth. The PT will be responsible for assessing students individually to determine need for continued services related to various physical impairments and concerts. Providers will also develop individualized care plans, and provide direct therapeutic intervention. PTs may also be assigned the assistance of a district PTA.

We are seeking a provider who has worked with pediatrics previously, and is comfortable taking on an independent district role. While the PT will be collaborating as needed with other staff, they will spend the majority of the day traveling to different school building to see students. School based experience is not required, however applicants must be fully state licensed.
