Brief Description: Soliant is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 3 month contract. Home Health position providing services for one patient. The positron will care for a severely disabled teen one hour a day, not including paper work. The scheduled time for therapy is flexible and will start ASAP.

Experience: We are looking for a candidate that is comfortable working with a severely disabled teen. 

• Must have a Master's degree
• Licensed in NY
