Description: We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist (PT) for the 2024-2025 school year. This full-time position requires working 37.5 hours per week and is focused on providing physical therapy services to elementary students.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' physical therapy needs.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and interventions for elementary students.
• Provide direct therapy services and support to students in a school setting.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' physical development and educational goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy services and student progress.

Qualifications:

• Required: Active Delaware Physical Therapy Licensure.
• Preferred: Experience working in a school setting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an onsite setting.
