PT Job- Wallkill, NY "In Home Services"

Soliant Health is partnered with a remarkable school district near Wallkill, NY (about 30 minutes West of Poughkeepsie, NY) who has a full time contract position open for a Physical Therapist for "In Home Services", see below for more details.

To qualify, the minimum required includes:
 

• An active/pending PT license in NY
• Must be able to do IEP's and evaluation
• Must be able to collaborate with other therapist (SLP, OT, etc.)

Specifications about the position:

• Summer assignment
• Looking for someone for in-home services in the home of a severely disabled 17 year old female student
• 1 hour a day until end of summer (5 hours per week of therapy plus paperwork time)
• Nonverbal student
• Has skilled nursing services already provided in home
• Scheduled time of therapy is flexible
• ASAP-Sept 4th with Potential to extend if needed
