Blazer Jobs is looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Physical Therapist to work in schools in Concord, CA. In this role, you will support students with physical impairments, helping them to improve mobility, strength, and coordination in a school-based setting. If you're dedicated to making a difference in students' lives, this position offers a great opportunity to collaborate with a team of professionals and foster student growth.

Job Duties:

Assess students’ physical abilities and limitations through evaluation and observation

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to improve mobility and motor function

Provide direct physical therapy services to students with a variety of conditions

Work closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success

Document student progress and update treatment plans as necessary

Qualifications:

Doctoral or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy

Active California Physical Therapist License

At least 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist in a school or clinical setting

Strong ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other educational staff

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
