Blazer Jobs is searching for a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to work in a school setting in South Fulton, GA. As a Physical Therapist, you’ll play a vital role in helping students improve their mobility and physical functioning to thrive in the classroom and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate students’ motor skills, strength, and mobility.

Develop and implement individualized physical therapy programs to meet student needs.

Collaborate with special education staff, teachers, and families to track and enhance student progress.

Provide direct therapy and create modifications to aid students in reaching their physical potential.

Track and document progress toward therapy goals and suggest updates to IEPs.

Education and Certification Requirements:

Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.

Current Georgia State Physical Therapist License.

Certification from the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) preferred.

Minimum of 1 year of experience working with students in a school-based setting.
