Blazer Jobs is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a school-based position in Yuma, AZ, supporting students through evaluations, treatment planning, and IEP-based services. This is a hands-on opportunity for a PTA passionate about improving student mobility and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations and assist in developing IEP-aligned treatment plans.
Deliver therapy services under the supervision of a licensed PT.
Maintain documentation and participate in IEP meetings.
Collaborate with staff and families to implement effective interventions.
Required Qualifications:
Valid Arizona PTA license.
IVP fingerprint clearance card (required).
Experience working with students or in an educational setting preferred.
