Blazer Jobs is hiring a part-time Physical Therapist (PT) for the Extended School Year (ESY) program in Clinton, MA. This role begins in Summer 2025 and offers a fantastic opportunity to support students’ physical development in a collaborative and student-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver physical therapy services to students in accordance with their IEP goals
Assess and develop individualized treatment plans to enhance students’ mobility, motor skills, and independence
Promote safe and functional participation in the school setting
Collaborate with educators, families, and other service providers to ensure continuity of care
Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, assessments, and student progress
Requirements:
Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license (issued by the Massachusetts Board of Allied Health Professionals)
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Must meet Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) qualifications for school-based service providers (including CORI and fingerprint clearance)
Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
