School Based Physical Therapist Job - K-12

A great school district near Monument, CO is actively Interviewing to hire a qualified Physical Therapist for the current school year. This Physical Therapist will work between multiple school sites providing support for students ranging from mile to moderate disabilities as well as ASD.  Must have experience working with a wide range of disabilities and comfortable working between schools.   This position includes providing student evaluations and assessments for students of all ages.

• Pre-K through 12^th grade

Requirements:

• PT License in the state of CO / Active CDE SSP Certificate
