Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team in Boston, MA. In this role, you will work with students to improve their physical abilities, enhance their functional skills, and support their participation in school activities. You will collaborate with teachers, parents, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess students' physical needs and develop personalized therapy plans.

Provide direct therapy to students to improve motor skills, strength, and coordination.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students' physical and functional goals.

Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed.

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals.

Educate students, families, and staff on strategies to support physical development and independence.

Qualifications:

Doctoral or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.

Valid Massachusetts state licensure as a Physical Therapist.

Previous experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a school setting.

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
