Blazer Jobs is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) in Johns Creek, GA to provide specialized therapy services to students within a school environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations to determine students’ mobility and functional needs.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve motor skills and coordination.
Work collaboratively with educators, parents, and special education teams.
Monitor student progress and document therapy outcomes.
Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for adaptive equipment or modifications.
Qualifications:
Education: Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.
License: Must hold a valid Georgia PT license.
Certification: APTA membership preferred but not required.
Experience: At least one year of experience in pediatric or school-based therapy.
