School-Based Physical Therapist (PT) Job
Blazer Jobs is looking for an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. The ideal candidate will provide school-based physical therapy services to enhance students' physical capabilities and support their educational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess students to determine the need for physical therapy interventions.
Develop and implement individualized therapy programs to improve students' physical functions.
Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress.
Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to promote student success.
Document therapy sessions and prepare progress reports.
Qualifications:
Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
Current Florida license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
Minimum of one year of experience in a school or pediatric setting.
