Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in Lawrence, MA. The PT will work within the school setting to assess and provide therapy services to students with physical disabilities or motor function challenges. The ideal candidate will develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help students improve their mobility, strength, and overall physical functioning, ensuring they can fully participate in their educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations to identify students' physical therapy needs.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on students' specific needs.

Provide direct physical therapy services to students in individual or group settings.

Collaborate with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to support students' physical development.

Monitor and document students' progress, making adjustments to therapy plans as needed.

Educate school staff and parents on strategies to support students' physical development and participation in school activities.

Qualifications:

Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.

Valid Massachusetts state licensure as a Physical Therapist.

Experience working with children or in a school setting is preferred.

Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills.

Ability to develop and implement effective therapy plans.
