Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for a school-based position in Limedale, IN. The successful candidate will work with students to help them improve their physical mobility and overall well-being, enabling them to participate fully in their educational environment.

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to evaluate students' physical abilities, motor skills, and mobility needs.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve physical function and mobility.

Provide direct physical therapy services to students, focusing on enhancing their ability to participate in school activities.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support and monitor student progress.

Maintain detailed documentation of student evaluations, therapy sessions, and progress reports.

Participate in IEP meetings, providing professional recommendations for accommodations and interventions.

Educate school staff and parents on strategies and exercises to support students' physical development.

Qualifications:

Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Valid Indiana PT license.

Previous experience in a school setting is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
